INFORMATION ON A VACCINE STUDY FOR
CHILDREN AGES 12-14 MONTHS

Childhood vaccination is important to Centennial Pediatrics, P.C. and necessary for the health of our children. Before vaccines were developed, children would die every year from diseases such as polio and measles. Today, childhood diseases like measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles) infrequently infect children.

Because these illnesses and their complications can be very serious and in rare cases cause death, Centennial Pediatrics, P.C., is excited and proud to be participating in a clinical research study. The study will evaluate an investigational vaccine to protect your child against measles, mumps, rubella (German measles) and chickenpox in one shot.

Participants in the study must be 12 to 14 months of age and will receive: 
- The combination vaccination at no cost 
- Hepatitis A vaccine(protect against liver disease) at no cost
- Pneumococcal vaccine(protect against spinal meningitis) at no cost
- Monitoring by healthcare professionals throughout the study
- Gifts for you and your child at the visit
